Your inmate calls your dedicated Unlimited Prison Calls number. You receive the call on your mobile phone either via our app or directly connected over the mobile network depending on your choice of our "App Based" or "Direct Connect" service. The inmate pays the lowest possible call rate for calls to you (7-10p per minute). You never pay more than your monthly fee, which we guarantee never to increase once you've signed up.
